THE STATE GOVERNMENT

The California Administration is organized according to a structure. It is consisting of three distinct branches: the legislative, governing, and judicial. Each division has its own responsibilities and works autonomously to ensure a balance of power. The lawmaking branch, headed by the General Legislature, is responsible for enacting laws. The exe
